Thank you for choosing A New U Healing.
If you have any questions, please reach out before your appointment.

Booking Policies

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
We value your time and ask that you respect the time and energy held for your session.

Scheduling & Payment

All appointments must be prepaid to secure your booking.

By scheduling a session, you are reserving dedicated time and committing to your appointment.

A valid card on file may be required for all bookings.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50 percent charge
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the session

Missed appointments must be paid in full and rescheduled separately.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your session.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session while full payment remains required, as we must honor the next scheduled appointment.

If the therapist is ever late, you will always receive your full session time.

New Clients

New clients are encouraged to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to complete intake and settle in.

If required forms are not completed prior to your session, this may reduce your hands-on service time.

Respect For Time

Your session is more than an appointment—it is reserved space, time, and energy.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to respect these policies.

Late Arrival Policy

Promptness is expected for all appointments.

In the event of your tardiness, the massage will be cut short resulting in you getting the remaining time paid for due to other commitments with other clients after you, it will be in your best interest for you to try and arrive 15 - 30 minutes early.

In the event I am tardy you will still receive your full time paid for.

New In Office Clients:

We recommend arriving 15 - 30 minutes early to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do it in office. If you arrive at the time of your appointment without the REQUIRE paperwork done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service time.

New Travel Clients:

We will try to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early to your home to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do so before session. Upon our arrival at the time of your appointment if the REQUIRED paperwork is not done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service so that you can fill it out.
