   Client Policy

At A New U Healing, your health and safety are our top priorities. We want to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of care. Please read the following guidelines before you book:


Health and Medical Conditions

  1. Medical Clearance: Clients currently under the care of a medical provider must provide a written note stating that they are safe to receive massage therapy. This includes individuals with ongoing medical treatments or conditions.
  2. Health Conditions Disclosure: It is crucial for us to know about any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs prior to each visit. Please inform us if you have:
    • Heart conditions
    • Pregnancy
    • Cancer
    • High blood pressure
    • Any other medical conditions requiring treatment

  1. Contacting Your Doctor: If you have any questions regarding how your personal medical condition may affect your ability to receive spa services, please consult with your doctor. In some instances, a doctor’s note may be required before receiving services


Hygiene and Wellness

  1. Sickness Policy: If you are feeling unwell with a cold, flu, or any contagious illness, or if you have a fever, rash, etc., we strongly advise postponing your massage until you are fully recovered. Your cooperation is essential to maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
  2. Cancellation Due to Illness: If you arrive for your appointment and are exhibiting signs of illness, we will have to cancel or postpone your session. Please understand that this policy is in place to protect the health of all clients and our staff we can't afford being sick.

Client Preparation

  1. Hygiene: We recommend that all clients bathe before their session, although this is not mandatory. However, it is greatly appreciated and contributes to a pleasant experience.
  2. Respect for Our Practice: We kindly ask that all clients respect the policies set forth to ensure the well-being of all parties involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Reservation and Scheduling Policy

Time Is Everything. We value your self time as we hope you value ours. 


 Scheduling / Rescheduling & Cancellation Fee**
*When booking, canceling or rescheduling an appointment, it must be received in at least 24 hours*. 


  • Rescheduling Same Day (Less than 24 hours) will result in a 50% charge.
  • Canceling & No Call No Show (Less than 24 hours) will result in a 100% charge.
  • No Same Day Appointment Are Available At This Moment
  • Any missed / no call no show appointments will result in client being charged and having to rebook your appointment.
  • All cancellations are only accepted by phone call and must be in 24 hours before your scheduled service otherwise... **100 percent of the appointment fee is due**. 



Reservation Policy

  • All scheduled appointment fees are due upon booking your appointment online or by the business via invoice **to hold and secure appointment/ TIME!! ** 
  • This is to help cover therapist's time and or Travel in case of a no show, cancellation, missed appointments
  •  We do request that all guests provide a credit card or debit card on their account to reserve all current and future appointments. We do not charge your credit card on file unless there is a late cancellation, or you do not show up to your appointment. By providing your card to us, you are agreeing that you are valuing  our time and serious about investing in yours.

Late Policy

 Promptness is expected for all appointments. 

In the event of your tardiness, the massage will be cut short resulting in you getting the remaining time paid for due to other commitments with other clients after you, it will be in your best interest for you to try and arrive 15 - 30 minutes early.


 In the event I am tardy you will still receive your full time paid for.


New In Office Clients: 

We recommend arriving 15 - 30 minutes early to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do it in office. If you arrive at the time of your appointment without the REQUIRE paperwork done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service time. 


New Travel Clients: 

We will try to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early to your home to ensure a thorough intake and if you had trouble filling out your paperwork online you can have time to do so before session. Upon our arrival at the time of your appointment if the REQUIRED paperwork is not done, please keep in mind that this will cut into your service so that you can fill it out.

 Membership credits can ONLY be used when the membership credit is available. You can come in for a session if you plan on using your membership credit if it is available otherwise you will have to pay out of pocket. 

WE can gladly change the date of when your membership credit comes out. Please make sure your membership credit is available for when you want to book your session online. You are allowed to gift your membership credit to friends and family. Friends and family CAN NOT use your member discounts only your membership credits. Membership credits are non-refundable 


GRATUITY/ TIP IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PRICES, MEMBERSHIPS, OR PACKAGES

 The client is required to provide adequate workspace for the massage therapist to set up equipment.​


Hygiene is very important.  All clients are recommended to bathe before the session but not required but appreciated. 


.  If you are sick with a cold, flu or anything contagious, have a fever, rashes, etc. it is advised that your massage be postponed until you are well.


 ​All Travel prices include a $40 travel fee within 45 miles which is included in all current out-call prices to cover travel time, Gas and Set-up.   Please keep this in mind when booking. 


((Anything over 45 miles will be charged an additional $30)).

This is NOT a massage parlor no sexual type / style service are offered


We DO NOT tolerate ANY inappropriate acts, behavior and/or language towards the therapist at any point and this WILL result in you being banned from future services. 


ALL appointments will result in a termination immediately, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the service also.
