 Rei means higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness, and Ki means life energy. Reiki, as a whole, is spiritually guided life energy. People are susceptible to illness when there is a restriction in the flow of energy and Reiki seeks to restore it .  Holy Fire Reiki is a new way to transfer the healing energies of Reiki. In the Reiki I class the student is connected to universal healing energies where the Holy Fire Placement (attunement) is given 

 Reiki is energetic bodywork (it is not massage), while as Swedish massage is a form of massage that is gentler and flowing, combining the two along you to receive the best of both. 

 Integrated Energy Therapy I.E.T. is an attunement based energy therapy that supports the gentle release of energy patterns. Energy patterns can be held in the memory cell membrane of the DNA of our cells and tissues. Energy patterns can be in the form of suppressed feelings, thoughts and memories Whereas the primary gift of the Reiki ray is physical healing, the primary gift of the IET ray is emotional, mental, and spiritual clearing. 

 A prenatal massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby 

 Trauma is not physically held in the muscles or bones — instead, the need to protect oneself from perceived threats is stored in the memory and emotional centers of the brain, such as the hippocampus and amygdala. This activates the body whenever a situation reminds the person of the traumatic event(s).  The therapist uses a variety of pain-free techniques through massage, stretching and energy flow to engage areas of the body to evoke memory associated with the initial trauma. In this session we will set space talk and decompress your Mentally and Emotionally which will help you in the Body - massage aspect of the service to release and let go of all the Mental and Physical baggage which then frees you up to escape and relaxing on a SOUL - Spiritual level making for the best rejuvenating experience you can ever have. 

Every Couple Session Is Different, this is not like you typical couples massage, this is more of a Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine which i will set space to allow love to flow in the couple's massage class; each person will get 60 min hands on training to follow along with the instructor.

 A mobile massage therapist provides massage services for clients at their home or place of business. As a mobile massage therapist, your job duties include driving to the client's location, helping clients choose the best type of massage technique for their needs, and transporting equipment during each session 

 With mobile massage, you have the option of simply slipping into your pajamas after your massage and totally switching off. Some people also find it stressful interacting with several people (a receptionist, people in the waiting area etc.) and may feel more relaxed being at home

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. 

Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

 Swedish massage involves long strokes using light-to-firm pressure. This style generally provides a more relaxing experience, but the pressure may not be enough for some people. In contrast, deep tissue massage applies much more pressure to release tension deep within the muscles and fascia. 

Sports Massage is a collection of techniques used to enhance athletic performance and recovery after sports events. Pre-event massage is used to stimulate muscles and increase circulation. Post-event massage helps calm the nervous system and begin the process of eliminating toxins. Massage can also be used to improve the quality of healing after a sports injury. Good for: Chronic pain, inflammation, muscle spasms, poor flexibility, stimulation of blood and lymph flow, low back pain

 When stress, anxiety or chronic pain strikes, some people are turning to the ancient healing technique of gua sha for relief. Also known as “skin scraping” or “scraping therapy,” it's used to soothe discomfort, stiffness and tension, and ease headaches by stroking the body with a smooth edged tool. 

 cupping activates natural healing while massage removes knots. Through massage and cupping, you can activate how blood flows in your body. Through kneading and other manipulations, massage therapy should enhance body flow to different parts of your body. Similarly, cupping also improves circulation. 

Hot stone massage therapy is the ancient practice of strategically placing smooth heated stones on key areas of the body to promote deep muscle relaxation. The heat of the stones relaxes muscles, enabling the massage therapist to access deeper layers of muscle and intensifying the effectiveness of deep tissue massage

 Aromatherapy is a specific type of therapy that incorporates scented essential oils into a massage. The massage involves alternating between gentle and harder pressure while using a particular blend of essential oils. The essential oils are diluted before use and are applied along with lotion during the massage
